Wrong following funding instructions when AMP got changed all in their website

  • Wrong following funding instructions when AMP got changed all in their website

    Hello,

    I followed the funding instruction after AMP create my account. But after I send them the confirmation that I have made the wire. They email me back to told that I made the wrong funding and I got to AMEND or recall, and informations for funding on website had totally changed after that.

    Unfortunately my transfer was already done and I don't know where is my money gone!! I heard that you didn't use anymore BMO Harris Bank in Europe but Barkley's bank right?! if I well understood the technical support who I got contacted?!

    I hope the recall I have made by my bank will be successfuly be done. Who is now the owner of the account Credit Suisse to BMO Harris Bank I wired???

    And how long it will be taken to be refund?? and what if the recall is refused??

    Please contact [email protected] so we can trace the wire for you. Our Funding for EUR/GBP is now Barkleys Bank. Did you send it in that currency. please contact us so we can assist you further on this matter.

      I had send the first funds in CHF at Credit Suisse AG Zurich Amp global clearing who as I supposed when I read the funding instructions should have been done transfer after at BMO Harris Bank.

      Now I have a made a second funds at Barkley's bank with the Swiss currency account in CHF by following instructions of the technical support:

      "you need to AMEND or recall the wire. You do not have our beneficiary account name - AMP Global."

      You can now send to Barclay's - CHF

      Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: BARCGB22
      Beneficiary Account Name: AMP Global Clearing
