Please check your Margin. Switch to micro to see if order will go in.

like i said... orders work in CQG, orders work in MultiCharts. Orders do NOT work in Metatrader.

Metatrader is using 'AMPMT5Master' as user when placing orders. I don't know where this username comes from or how to change it.

The error is NOT 'No Money', the error is 'could not process' see details in original post.

Correct, MT5 and CQG are different username/password.
I use the MT5 specific credentials, as per the MT5 Live Setup Credentials email.
I can log in, i can see my balance, i can see pending orders created via other platforms (i.e. Multicharts, CQG Desktop, CQG Mobile)
I can NOT create/modify order via MT5 platform.
