    Why on the chart are these candles in the live accounts? Demo is OK.

    Dear Support

    Please check the attached picture, you can see extra data Sunday 4 a.m. GMT, what is impossible as trading is inactive. You or Metaquotes have to fix it asap, as fake data is not acceptable on real account by me, and regulators also could have some uncomfortable questions regarding these activities.

      nobody talking about gaps, please check the picture and you will find some contract trade on SUNDAY!!!!!! morning, how is it possible??. This is only on MT5 platform with real AMP account. If i am using the same real AMP account with Sierra chart the FAKE DATA not exist, no trade activity on SUNDAY MORNING.

        Dax futures, H1. 92 bars on the screen, 9 fake. Every day +2, and on weekend 3. Please call the metaquotes, fix it!

          Thank you for submitting these chart images. We have escalated to Meta Support for resolution.

          Brief explanation, these are DASHES (flat line)...not market data. Since the MT5 Servers are running on the weekends, due to continues trading of the Cryptos during the weekends...we have to keep the MT5 servers sessions running on the weekends. So it seems that all the even the the futures exchanges are closed on the weekends, since the MT5 server session is still running, it is including these DASHES in the charts.

          We will work with MetaQuotes to come up with a solution to continue to support the weekend trading of Cryptos, while not affecting the Futures charts.

          We will provide update shortly

            I have the same issue. There are many false candles on the chart outside trading hours. Not only on weekends, but also on weekdays.
            This is extremely confusing because the indicators are working from false data. please fix it as soon as possible.

              We will put in a request to MT5 to address this issue this weekend when they work on the data servers.

                Hi guys, so the AMP /mt5 put some extra candle to us ?
                It's not OK, all of our indicataros make false signals, all of my trendline will false because theese extra candles?

                  I respectfully ask you guys to STOP saying the extra candles are AMP's fault. WE DO NOT CONTROL THE DATA OR CANDLES. this is the risk you take on when trading or relying on electronic information. there are going to be glitches and errors. That is the nature of electronic platforms that you trade with. That being said we have sent the chart images you posted to MT5 in the hopes that THEY will address and fix the issue. If this is simply too much for you to manage then we urge you to use another platform until this is fixed.

                  Dear Support !

                  Thank you for your efforts to resolve this issue.
                  The false candles will no longer appear at the end
                  of the week, but they will still be there at the end of the day.

                  Please, put another request to MT5 to resolve this issue too.

                      Moderator, the issue here is because CGQ is feeding MT5 with the Sunday data. That is the reason the candle appears.
                      All you need to do is ask CQG to feed the "New York Close" data.
